Refund policy

Returns

We offer returns and exchanges within a 30-day period after your order, provided that the shirt is still brand new and not washed or damaged.

To complete your return, we ask that you include the receipt in the return package for us to easily track down your order number.

Refunds

If your return is received at our warehouse we'll refund the item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, contact our customer service team at staff@500level.com and we'll double-check that the refund has been issued from our end. If we did issue the refund, we recommend contacting your bank/credit card company.

Clearance items

Sale items and regularly priced items may be refunded, but unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within a 30-day period after your order, provided that the shirt is still brand new and not washed or damaged. Send an email to staff@500level.com with the reason for the exchange and we'll get you a pre-paid label to send the garment back to us with.

Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
