Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The 500 LEVEL Stadium Selfie Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by 500 LEVEL, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 2101 E. St Elmo Rd, Suite 350, Austin TX 78744
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00AM on Oct 21st and ends at 11:59 pm on November 21, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
- Take a selfie wearing 500 LEVEL apparel,
- Post it to Instagram, and
- Tag @500LEVEL in the post
- OR complete the registration form here.
- OR mail a post card with your name, address, email and telephone to 2101 E. Saint Elmo Rd, Suite 350, Austin TX 78744. All postcards must be postmarked by November 16, 2025.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize, awarded in the form of a check, electronic payment, or gift card (at Sponsor’s discretion) and a 500 LEVEL gift pack. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,250. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will occur on or about Nov 22nd. The potential winner will be notified by direct message on the platform used for entry and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Publicity Release
By participating, entrants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, image, and submitted content in marketing, advertising, and social media without additional compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
9. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or X (Twitter).
10. Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to its conflict of law principles.
11. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
