Shipping & Returns
Please allow at least 1-3 business days for order processing of in-stock merchandise. Custom printed items require an additional 7 to 14 business days to arrive and will ship separately. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping speed selected at checkout determines how quickly the carrier delivers your order. For more information, review our Help Desk.
Items may be exchanged/returned within 45 days of delivery, as long as the item is in the same condition in which you received it. Contact Us to let us know your preference. Please note all returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn. Custom printed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, swimwear and all intimate apparel items cannot be exchanged or returned due to sanitary reasons. For more information, review our Help Desk.

All of our apparel is made to order after a purchase is placed. You can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping, and within 2-4 business days with priority/expedited shipping.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned package and that your refund has been either approved or denied. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable amount of days have passed, please make sure to double check your bank account again before proceeding. If the payment still appears to be missing, contact your credit card company and/or your bank for more information. Processing time can fluctuate and some refunds can take some time before they are officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible.

DOMESTIC ONLINE EXCHANGESIf an exchange is approved, 500 LEVEL will cover the cost to ship the package back to you.
INTERNATIONAL ONLINE EXCHANGES
International orders are not eligible for free exchanges. In these instances, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to have the exchanged item returned to you.
GIFTS (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will then be notified about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package and are not responsible for lost items.
